New Competition & Consumer Protection practice area now available on Practical Law Australia
We are very excited to announce that the brand new Practical Law Australia Competition & Consumer Protection module is now available. This practice area features more than 150 documents across 15 topics including cartel conduct, refusal to deal, restraint of trade, unconscionable conduct and more.
The most significant changes to Australian competition law in over 40 years came into effect on 6 November, after a 4 year consultation and review process. The new module addresses the law both pre-5 November and post-6 November, making it an invaluable resource for both in-house counsel and law firms.
