The Working with Trusts product is undergoing a thorough review in order to get it properly match fit for those working in the trusts field of law. With the introduction of the much-needed Trusts Act 2019, there is a lot for people to get their heads around. Over the last year, with the help of our PwC author, Emma Richards and her team, who maintain the Trusts Taxation chapter in the product, we have updated the IRD rulings chapter and we now have Colette Mackenzie, a Partner from Greg Kelly Law, a firm that specialises in trusts, reviewing the rest of the product, which will be ready for the first Working with Trusts product update next year in 2023.
