Due to the size of the legislation collection it will take 2-3 weeks to reprocess the entire legislation collection on new Westlaw (NZ). Whilst the content is reprocessing both the old Legislative Instruments and the new Secondary Legislation subtypes will appear when you select the Legislation Type filter.

If you need to restrict your search to only delegated legislation please ensure to select both Secondary Legislation and Legislative Instruments.

Once this reprocess is complete the Legislative Instruments subtype will no longer appear and only Secondary Legislation will remain under the Legislation Type filter within the legislation collection. This content reprocessing is expected to be complete by December.
