The Practice Direction has three main parts:
- Steps to be taken in the Authority’s process (replacing Practice Note 1: Steps to be Taken in Proceedings, issued in 2016).
- Costs in the Authority (replacing Practice Note 2: Costs in the Employment Relations Authority, issued in 2022).
- The Authority’s expectations of parties (replacing Practice Note 3: Conduct of Representatives in the Employment Relations Authority, issued in 2019).
