In summary:
- The Employment Relations Authority (Fair Pay Agreements) Amendment Regulations 2023 amend and add multiple regulations in the Employment Relations Authority Regulations 2000, so as to “insert details of the requirements for certain applications to the Employment Relations Authority under the Fair Pay Agreements Act 2022” (per the explanatory note).
- The Employment Court (Fair Pay Agreements) Amendment Regulations 2023 amend multiple provisions of the Employment Court Regulations 2000 and insert three new regulations, so as to “insert details of the processes for certain applications to the Employment Court under the Fair Pay Agreements Act 2022” (per the explanatory note).
- The Fair Pay Agreements Amendment Regulations 2023 significantly amend the Fair Pay Agreements Regulations 2022, by adding a new pt 2 (Mandatory content) and pt 3 (Miscellaneous).
