Sorting reported case documents by citation
In response to your feedback, a new sort option, citation, has been added to all of our Law Reports landing pages. The citation option will sort case documents by latest volume and page number. For example, if you browse to the Criminal Reports of New Zealand, the citation will be the default sort option and all documents will be sorted from the latest volume number and then the latest page number first.
The new sort option can be used in conjunction with the publication volume filter. If you select the volume 22, the below 65 documents will be sorted from the latest page number to the oldest.
The existing sort options, court level and date, will continue to be available in the dropdown menu.
