Citing References - Sort by Treatment
Finding authored annotations on a section of legislation just got easier.
Previously these authored annotations were hard to find when a provision of legislation was heavily cited.
The annotated legislation documents could be listed down in the list of citing references as it was previously sorted by date, with the most recent documents appearing first.
Westlaw now surfaces those annotations at the top of the list. This is done by sorting the citing references by treatment.
Documents that have a detailed treatment of the provision itself now appear first, followed by other documents that simply cite the provision. They appear in date order, listing those documents that have cited the provision most recently first.
