If you currently subscribe to Thomson Reuters Westlaw products, you may or may not be aware that you have a Pay-Per-View option.
What is Pay-Per-View (PPV)?
PPV allows you to view content not covered by your subscriptions and you will be charged a transaction fee each time you view a document. As soon as you click on a document that is outside of your subscriptions, a pop up will appear requiring you to accept the PPV charge before you can proceed to the document.
PPV is perfect for unexpected, occasional or new research requirements not included in your subscription content. You will never have to decline extra work, just because you don't specialise in a practice area. PPV gives you the freedom to purchase the extra information you need, when you need it. You can view the extra content immediately.
Changes to Pay-Per-View
Throughout 2020 we haven't been charging for PPV usage. As of the 1st of September, if you proceed to view any content outside of your plan, you will be charged for this usage and received a monthly invoice for the previous month's usage. Your first usage will be in October.
If you wish to opt out of PPV, please contact Customer Care on 1300 304 195 or email us via care.anz@thomsonreuters.com by the 31st of August.
